Have you ever wondered why Pearce Fitness Manager Raquel Herron has the nickname "Rocky?" Because when it comes to physical strength, endurance, and stamina, she is one tough cookie.
Just for the fun of it, she recently competed in a Tough Mudder competition in Plymouth, WI, taking on five miles of physically demanding obstacles in and out of dense woodlands, up and over mud mounds.
"It wasn't about competition for me," said Rocky, "it was about completion. I only did the half mudder because I couldn't stay for the second day to do the full event. Really, that's the truth!"
