The second
session of swim lessons at Pearce Community Center will be offered July 11 to
August 3. Lessons are open to children ages five and older.
Choose Tuesday
and Thursdays from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m., 10:50 to 11:35 a.m., 4:30 to 5:15 p.m.
and 5:20 to 6:05 p.m. The cost of the class is $33.75 for Foundation members;
$45 for members; and $70 for non-members.
Swim Club is also available during the summer
months to help swimmers ages 5 and older develop and improve competitive
swimming abilities including a variety of strokes, strength, and speed.
Participants must be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted. The Club meets each Monday and Wednesday from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. through August 2. Members are still being accepted. The cost is $45 for Foundation members; $60 members; and $75 non-members, but will be prorated based on when the swimmer becomes a member.
